|Remember Ward ??
Canine Companions for Independence is the agency
for which we raised WARD. WARD made many SMART
friends during his time with us. With so many
returning veterans with many critical needs CCI needs
more support. A Dog Fest Walk 'n Roll will be held in
Panama City Beach at Frank Brown Park on Saturday,
March 7. This event is a fundraiser for CCI and fun for
walkers and their dogs. Dog lovers get financial
backing for their walk. Friends of WARD can go on the
web site to make donations. This is a special appeal
for dogs for veteran's needs. CCI provides dogs at
no cost to the recipient who has experienced hearing
loss, vision loss, mobility challenges and anxiety
issues. Many have been placed and many more are
needed. Please remember what a wonderful dog
WARD is, he is serving a profoundly deaf man in
California. Help CCI make more dogs available to our
veterans who have such great needs. Please go on
the link and donate to Friends of WARD. Thank you
for your support. Your donations go to support the
breeding program and facility and training facilities
across the country and results in making more dogs
available to love and serve a veteran.
