Travel Coordinator – Craig Christen

I am looking forward to supporting you as the National Travel Coordinator.  My goal is to keep the caravan program active, cost effective, value packed, interesting, and growing. As a fulltime RVer, 8-yr SMART member, and participant/wagonmaster of many caravans, I see SMART caravans as a well defined financial benefit supporting our current members and bringing new members into SMART.  I appreciate being allowed to start the job with Paul Proctor as the Assistant Travel Coordinator, available to coach me through the initial learning curve.  I also realize that the program will need very active support as our 17 year Executive Manager, Celina Worman, departs.  She has helped many SMART wagonmasters successfully accomplish their caravans.  Please contact me at ctchristen@earthlink.net or Paul Proctor at pauleproctor@msn.com with your ideas on the travel program (caravans you’d like to see or lead, improvements…).  Your inputs are appreciated!  NOTE: The 2010 Alaska caravan was canceled due to lack of participation.  However, we have added a fantastic Fall Colors caravan following the National Muster.—Sign up!
